Beginning with an initial consultation with you, our social event planners will work with you to make sure every aspect of your special day is tailored to meet your needs, vision and desired outcome.

Social Event Planning Services Include:
  • Venue Selection: Venues are oftentimes being booked one to two years out. Therefore, the first step in the planning process should be securing the venue where the event will take place. We can help you make a list of specifications you will need in a venue. Using your criteria, we can help you curate a list of potential event venues and assist with outreach, site visits, securing a date, contract reviews and more to help you find a venue that’s a great fit. 
  • Event Layout: Will the event be an intimate outdoor gathering or a big indoor bash? What about food and entertainment? A sit-down family dinner with a set menu, or mingling over wine and hors d’oeuvres? What about other activities? The answers to these questions will all impact the floor plan and set up of the space to ensure it’s comfortable for guests and aligns with the desired goal and aesthetic for the best possible outcome. 
  • Contracting and Management of Vendors: Event planning involves putting together a lot of strategy and moving parts. Once a location has been confirmed, we can help you determine what goods, services and resources come with the venue and which ones will need to be outsourced to vendors. Depending upon your event type, examples of vendors could include tenting, decor, furniture, audio visuals and security. Our team has extensive contacts and relationships with reputable vendors to help you find what you’re looking for and track it all for seamless execution. 
  • Catering Coordination: Food and beverage may likely be the single largest categorical event expense, so the time and attention paid to it is important. Providing quality, tasty offerings that are plentiful and properly served leaves a lasting, memorable impression on the overall guest experience. We coordinate directly with in-house and outsourced caterers according to the specifications of each venue. It is very important to select and contract catering early on in the process and understand how to work that cost into the overall event budget. 
  • Rental Coordination: Each vendor agreement comes with its own terms, payment schedules, specifications and timelines. We assist to identify rental needs and make appropriate selections. We facilitate rental orders and oversee production schedules for delivery, set up and tear down. Our expertise can assist in assuring every detail is addressed and all action items are executed – on time and and with an understanding of cost allocation – while aiming to deliver the event or party of your dreams. 
  • Design and Styling: We want your event to be personal and personalized. Our goal is to make sure your event looks uniquely your own and represents your style, taste and brand. We’ll cover a list of questions to help us chart our course for planning, designing and executing creative ideas. We will carefully curate a design vision by using inspiration images and information that reflect the look and feeling you want for your event. These items may include custom logos and branding, color palate, theme, lighting, furniture, fabric draping and more. We want to make sure your event leaves the best lasting impression with you and your guests.
  • Entertainment: Let’s not forget about entertainment! We’ll assess whether your event should include a deejay, live entertainment, interactive activities or performances. We will also address the timeline and flow of the event to make sure it feels smooth and seamless.
