Most couples do not even know where to begin when they first get engaged and feel very overwhelmed and anxious. We will walk through all of the wedding planning with you in order of priority and help to tackle all of the details from large to small.
We have cultivated and vetted the list of quality vendors because we have planned hundreds of luxury weddings and special events. We have established relationships that will ensure you are working with the best professionals in the industry.
Selecting and contracting your vendors is just the first step. We will handle contract negotiations, convey your needs and vision to the vendors and handle all of the necessary communications with them.
Creating the branding of your wedding through print materials including monogram/logo, save the dates, invitations, ceremony programs, signs, favors, escort cards, etc.
This includes, but is not limited to developing a detailed timeline of the full wedding day, management of transportation for bridal party and guests, the layout of ceremony and reception spaces for placement and design.
We are onsite for every ceremony rehearsal. We direct and assist ceremony rehearsals with respect to instruction of what to expect during the ceremony and entire upcoming wedding day, placement of bridal party and family and everyone’s roles and responsibilities.
We will be onsite at your wedding from the beginning of the set up until everyone has left the wedding at the end of the night. Your Wedding Planner and full team of assistants with make sure you and your guests are taken care of. It is our job to address all of the details so everything runs seamlessly and you get to enjoy every part of your day.
